The St. Maarten Little League Association has been in existence since 1978. It caters to children ages 4 -18 years through baseball and softball programs as well as a Challengers program for persons with Physical and Intellectual disabilities. The programs are carried out at the Erwin "Baco" Richardson Little League Stadium, which the Association has the responsibility for the upkeep thereof. Other adult sporting organizations also makes use of the stadium for their competitions. In 2024 the Little League received assistance to paint the inside of the parameter wall, but this did not extend to the exterior of the wall. It is important to keep the surroundings clean and appealing to the children whom we serve, parents and the community that utilizes the facility.

The desired result of this project is to paint the exterior of the parameter wall as well, in order to enhance and uplift the facility and its surroundings. Our children can then be proud of the inside and outside of facility where they spend several hours of their time per week.
